"Sulten" – Food and Drink Tent
SULTEN: FOOD AND DRINK TENT
In the Sulten audience tent, you can enjoy food and drinks from across the Trøndelag food region, which was named the European Region of Gastronomy in 2022. Trøndelag’s unique soil and climate give its ingredients a distinctive flavor, something you’ll experience through more than 30 different dishes – from fjord to mountain. We offer breakfast for the early birds, small and large dishes featuring everything from mussels to game meat, vegetable dishes, warm soups, baked goods, and desserts. Here, you can also warm up while waiting for the next event – or the bus home. Stop by and enjoy a hearty meal!
Taste your way through Trøndelag with food and drinks from seven unique regions
Southwest Region: Venison stew, sodd, chicken wraps, skjebladkake, and strawberry drinks.
Innherred Region: Farm pizza, gyros, sodd, goulash, and award-winning cheese sausages.
Værnes Region: Beef stew, BBQ-marinated pork neck, vegetable dishes, and heavenly chocolate.
Southern Region: Sour cream porridge, meat soup, potato soup, and souvas. Baked goods for dessert.
Fosen Region: Mussels, fish stew, baked potatoes or waffles with toppings, lamb stew, and delicious cakes.
Namdalen Region: Flavors from both mountains and sea – reindeer and fish are on the menu.
Coastal Region: Bacalao, crab rolls, soup, and salmon baguette.
Kiosks at the Venues
In addition to the Sulten tent, several kiosks will be located near the ski jumping and cross-country arenas. These kiosks will offer a selection of snacks and beverages, allowing you to quickly grab something to eat or drink while following the competitions.
Options for Everyone
We've ensured that there are options available for people with food allergies or special dietary needs. Whether you visit the Sulten tent or the kiosks, food items are clearly labeled so everyone can enjoy a good meal during the World Championships.
Bringing Your Food and Drinks
You have the freedom to bring your own food and drinks into the World Championship area, giving you the control over your dining experience.
Opening Hours for Food and Drink Stalls
Sulten Tent: Open as long as the venue is open.
Kiosks: Open during the competitions at the venues.
